I still have 12 pills left from a previous facial infection treatment, but was told to discontinue because they put me on a different antibiotic. If so, how many a day should I take, and is there something else I can get over the counter? Can you prescribe antibiotics over the web?

I went to the emergency room 12 days ago due to numbness in my left lip, thumb, and first finger, which felt like a novocaine shot. The ER tests showed no heart attack, and I was told it was anxiety.
