I've been taking 200 mg of Zoloft daily for a year, but I've recently decreased to 50 mg daily because it's no longer effective and is causing weight gain. My doctor has prescribed Cipralex, and I want to know if I can stop Zoloft and start Cipralex the next day, or if I can take them together.

For a period of about a year and a half, I neglected to maintain my cat's rabies vaccinations. During this time, they would sometimes bite me during rough play, causing bleeding. They have since been updated on their rabies vaccinations. Am I at risk for rabies during that year and a half, given that they were indoor cats with occasional patio excursions on the 4th floor?
