I've had my menstrual cycle 2 days ago, and for the 2nd month in a row, my period is a week early, very light and watery. The menstrual blood only seems to come out when I urinate and wipe. It's so light that I've switched from a pad to a pantyliner and it remains clean, with no bleeding overnight and only a few drops/spots of blood on the pantyliner a day. This is odd for me as I normally bleed heavily, going through several superplus tampons a day. Why is my body holding on to the blood and releasing it only when I urinate? Why is it so watery? I've checked and the blood is 100% coming from my uterus.

I am a 41-year-old male with a weight of 215 lbs, height of 5'10", and body fat percentage of 29.5%. I have never smoked and am a very infrequent drinker. I take 50mg of Levothyroxine daily and have been diagnosed with Hypogonadotropic Hypogonadism (Low Testosterone), for which I receive testosterone implants every 3 months. Recently, I lost weight from 240 lbs to 215 lbs and was prescribed Phentermine 37.5mg daily. My blood pressure was consistently 120/80 until the last 30 days when it rose to around 150/100. After stopping Phentermine 6 days ago, my blood pressure was 180/120 yesterday and 176/109 this morning. My blood work shows triglycerides at 175, LDL cholesterol at 73, HDL cholesterol at 28, and total cholesterol at 136. BUN is 6, and everything else is normal. What is happening to my blood pressure, and is it safe for me to start working out? Should I go to the ER or monitor it and exercise?

My 3-year-old daughter woke up several times during the night with tummy pain, vomited around 10 times starting from 1 AM, and pointed to her right lower quadrant this morning, saying it hurt. She hasn't peed since 9 PM yesterday, won't eat or drink, and is very sleepy. Should I be concerned?

I eat baby powder all the time. When I was pregnant I loved the way it smelled so I ate it. I'm no longer pregnant but I still eat it. I go through a bottle a month or so. What could this behavior indicate and what are the potential risks?

I have severe constipation and have suffered for over a year. My stomach has expanded on the right side. I have been to the ER many times and have seen many specialists. They blame it on a 50 mcg Fentanyl patch and Percocet 5/325, which I take PRN. My pain specialist and psychiatrist think this is ridiculous. Do you have any idea what they think it is that is diabetic related and slows the whole digestive process? I had a CT scan on the abdomen and there is no digestion, so they started Reglan and Bentyl for severe cramps.
