I have donated blood plasma for many years, but this time, I got a letter saying they had found white blood antibodies in my blood, and I couldn't donate anymore. They said antibodies are formed during pregnancy (I've been pregnant six times), or from a blood transfusion, which I've never had. However, this is the first time they've found these antibodies, and I haven't been pregnant in ten years. Could this be a symptom of something else, some kind of autoimmune response?

I have daily headaches at the top of my head, occurring mainly around 4:00am. The pain is sharp and throbbing, and it wakes me up. These headaches have been ongoing for about a year. I have had a CAT Scan and MRI, both of which showed normal results, except for some small black dots on my brain that were considered normal for my age (71). I have seen two neurologists who suggested the headaches might be related to a suture line that never closed up. One doctor prescribed Tramadol HCL 50 mg, which made me sick and required an emergency room visit. I don't believe these headaches are normal and need help to understand their cause and potential treatments.
