12 years ago, I received a judgment from the bank for my truck being repossessed. I bought property earlier this year and now want to sell it, but the title company found the judgment and is going to take almost $18k from the sale of my land. The original judgment amount was $9990.14 with 5% interest per year for each additional year it wasn't paid. Is there anything I can do to reduce the penalties, especially since I never knew the bank filed a judgment against me, and they won't produce the paperwork from what they sold the vehicle for at auction?

My brother, a Ugandan citizen, urgently needs his passport back from the IND in the Netherlands, where it was accidentally sent while attempting to get a visa for a business trip. I had a payment plan property in Dubai, but I left UAE 2 years ago and all my cheques have bounced. I want to know if I have a travel ban to UAE and which countries I can't go to, including transfer flights, if I have an arrest warrant or travel ban in the UAE.
