I worked at a plant for 40 years that was closed. LSC Communications signed up and drew for 6 months, then under COVID rules, I could file an extension and draw an extension. This is when problems started; I was denied and asked for proof of identity, which I sent via fax twice to no avail. I can't reach a real person to talk to. According to the law, I should have received extra weeks of unemployment. Since then, I am drawing Social Security at age 62 but encountered bills as a result of the loss of payments. Could you please help resolve this?
