We want to know if it's possible to have her served with an eviction notice that takes effect the day our father dies, allowing her to stay for 30 days if necessary. I was on an app called Meetme and communicated with a girl who claimed to be 22 years old. After agreeing to meet, she never showed up, but I received a call from someone claiming to be her father, who said she was 16 and threatened me with jail time or payment of $1,200 due to an alleged accident. I complied, but now they are demanding I pay half of a $650 ticket. I never met the girl, never requested inappropriate pictures, and am now stressed and unsure if I'm in the wrong. Where am I located? Tennessee.
