A contractor performed home improvement work on my home. The contractor's proposal for the work contained no cost for labor, materials, beginning date for the work, or ending date of the work. Pursuant to Wis. Admin. Code ATCP 110.05, any work for home improvement on a residence must be in writing and contain all of the provisions stated therein. Is the contractor's contract null and void, of no force or effect, and would the contractor have a claim for breach of contract?
