I am planning to send a letter of complaint to the State Veterinarian Office (state of Alabama) regarding the involuntary euthanasia of a cat previously treated by one of the vets at my regular clinic. Our City has released a promotional video online touting a development to be built by XX. There has been no Developers Agreement put before the City Council or voted on. I believe this video has also been used in a governmental meeting Transit Authority. If this is true, I believe it was to gain favor or monies from the TA for our City. Since there is no actual signed agreement to have this development go forward, is this possible fraud by our City Officials? Is this something I should report to the Grand Jury, and if so, what should I reference as the crime?
