A female employee reported incidents of harassment to her managers, which created a hostile work environment. Despite her efforts to address the issue, her managers tried to fire her using false claims. When she requested to see her personal file and met with corporate, she found no record of her complaints, and corporate was unaware of the serious issues. Her manager then tried to discredit her by claiming she was causing trouble. She documented everything and provided evidence to corporate, who promised to investigate. However, her managers have stopped speaking to her. What should she do since her file is empty and they are lying to cover up?
