A judge dismissed 6 of my counts 'with prejudice' instead of 'without prejudice'. What steps do I take to get a 'without prejudice' judgment? Do I need to file a Motion to Appeal to the Appellate Division, an Order, Certification, and a Certificate to verify mailing? Is there anything else I need to do, including obtaining an Appeal form?

A policeman threatened to arrest me or give me a citation for flipping the bird to a neighbor who has caused many problems. The police have been unhelpful with the neighbor's issues. The officer asked for my name and birthdate but refused to show his ID or reveal who made false allegations. He said he would arrest me if he got more complaints. I'm afraid to leave my house due to this threat. What should I do?

I am employed with a company called CRST. I signed a contract with them stating I will work for them for 10 months in exchange for them paying for my CDL schooling. They had me register as a resident of Iowa (where I attended school) despite living in Virginia. Is this illegal, and can I use this information to get out of the 10-month contract I signed with them?

I traveled to Dallas last week and only received TSA PreCheck on the return flight. I am traveling to Nassau next week with my husband and would like TSA PreCheck both ways for both of us. I have changed my name from Sylvia Fitzgerald to Sylvia Mendenhall, and my husband is C Roy Mendenhall Sr. What do I need to do to ensure that we receive TSA PreCheck round trip? I will be flying Delta this trip.
