A licensed psychologist is the director of the University Counseling Center. A secondary English teacher, who was enrolled in summer school, entered into therapy with the psychologist. Three months after termination, the psychologist asks the teacher to assist editing the psychologist's book without compensation. This arrangement would be: A. ethical because two consenting adults made the decision to work together. B. unethical because this is an inappropriate dual relationship. C. unethical because the psychologist did not arrange for the teacher to edit the book prior to entering therapy. D. ethical because the English teacher had the expertise to assist the psychologist with the book.

How can I prove pet ownership of my dog in Georgia, given that I adopted him through a cash adoption and the woman fostering him doesn’t care about paying for him or getting his papers? I am listed as the owner on medical and training documents, and the foster has taken the dog to the vet once.

I have a possession of controlled substance charge from 2009 in Georgia under the First Offender Act, which included seven years of probation and fines. At the end of the probation period, I still owed about $500 on the fines. I'm unsure if this affected my First Offender status or not. This was my only felony, and I'm now wanting to get a carry permit. I'm wondering what the laws are regarding this and how to check if the charge is still on my record.
