A loved one has passed away, leaving two Power of Attorney (POA) documents, one in-state and one out-of-state. There are multiple assets including checking/saving accounts, life insurance, annuities, and a home. The in-state POA is not cooperating and not disclosing information. Can the out-of-state POA be changed to an in-state POA, and if not, what can be done?

I live in a condo community and am being bullied and harassed by the board. A woman in my building has stolen plants from me, is verbally abusive, and has blocked me from entering the building, imposing a $50 fine each time I open the door. The police have been involved, and my landlord and I have complained to the board, but this woman is unstable and has cost me at least $1700 due to her dislike of my patio furniture. What are my legal recourses?

My daughter was attending my grandson's birthday gathering when a group of people confronted her about the parking space. The police were told that she pulled a gun on them and asked her to open the car to check for the gun, which she refused. The officer then had a towing company unlock the doors without a warrant or permission on private property. Is that legal?
