A loved one has passed away, leaving two Power of Attorney (POA) documents, one in-state and one out-of-state. There are multiple assets including checking/saving accounts, life insurance, annuities, and a home. The in-state POA is not cooperating and not disclosing information. Can the out-of-state POA be changed to an in-state POA, and if not, what can be done?
