A neighbor has erected a fence on undeeded property in Anne Arundel County, MD without a permit, blocking my access to waterfront. What steps do I need to take to have it removed? The county indicated that the property is not theirs so they have no authority.

Hello. My name is ***** spoke yesterday regarding the NY and NJ aggravated harassment call. I forgot to mention that he complained to his phone service regarding the calls and that once he got the number he was gonna file a report. I was also told that my phone number has already appeared in the New York police computer system. What do I do now? I'm scared to death. I also looked at the phone bill the day of the argument and there were 13 calls between us between the hours of 12:12 pm and 8:15 pm. 3 were from him. Is there a statute of limitations on this case? Do I have to worry about being arrested regarding this? How long does it take between a police report being filed and it landing on the prosecutor's desk? Does it matter that I tried reaching him after he yelled at me to not call again, which I took as an argument? Am I in trouble or no?
