A neighbor in an over 50s village is intentionally burning highly scented candles, causing severe allergic reactions and distress to my daughter who has a diagnosed allergy to chemical perfumed products. The neighbor refuses to stop and even increases the burning to aggravate the situation. My daughter is unable to use her yard or open windows due to the smell, effectively making her a prisoner in her own home. She cannot afford to move and should not have to. How should we handle this situation, considering my daughter's ongoing medical needs and her recent history of a kidney with cancer?
