A person who dislikes me posted negative personal information about me on Craigslist, which was copied to Google and has damaged my reputation. This person also called my employer and spoke negatively about me to try and get me fired. Can I sue them for loss of income?

A semi truck rear ended me while pulling an empty livestock trailer. The impact went into the back of the cab, and my two little boys were in the backseat. No one was seriously injured, but there was glass everywhere. The driver was given two tickets, was at fault, and admitted fault. My pickup, which is used for work on the family cattle ranch, has stopped all work. What should be done to address this situation?

After my grandmother fell and had surgery for her breaks, she was placed in observation and then transferred to a LifeCare center for rehabilitation. My mother, who is fragile, was unable to care for her, leading to her extended stay in the hospital. We are now paying for her rehabilitation as private pay, which we believe should be covered by Medicare. We have appealed to Medicare but have not received a response. How can we change the classification of her stay to inpatient therapy and get Medicare to cover the costs?
