About two months ago, a drunk driver hit a power line, causing a surge that damaged my treadmill, costing me $500 in repairs. My homeowner insurance has a $1000 deductible, and the driver's insurance states they cannot cover the extensive damage to the community, with any settlements likely to take 10 to 15 years. I am having a website built, and the developer has not completed the work according to the contract and much of what is done is totally unacceptable.
