Agent at a brokerage firm shared our private financial information with my spouse's ex-wife. She has since been attempting to seek access to our accounts and hired an attorney. She has no legal rights per the judgment but continues unabated. What is our recourse against the brokerage?

My Facebook account has been hacked and the hacker has changed my phone number and email address. They are using my account to ask my friends for money and are displaying my children's pictures. I have tried to recover my account but the hacker keeps blocking my attempts. What should I do to regain control of my account and stop the hacker from using my identity?

My Dad is in a trust contest in California and I’m allowed to help him in any way I can, but I can’t act as a lawyer in court. Can I still help him with other aspects of the case, such as sharing advice based on our shared experience as petitioners?

I opened an online business when I was 15, but it never sold anything and was later closed by the state for inaction. Now, I want to ensure I'm legally protected and compliant. What should I do?

My mom passed away. She had no will or debt that we knew of. Her home is mortgaged, and we filed for summary of administration. We got it but now we have a company that filed a debt claim for $3,091.00. The lawyer told me to call them and tell them that there were no assets other than her home and $132 in a bank account. Do I need to write a letter, or what do I do about this?
