An Alabama high school coach refused to remove a player from a game despite the pitcher asking to come out because his arm was hurting. The coach became irate and told his players that only he decides when they come out, leaving the injured player in the game. After the game, he told his players that anyone who told him during a game they needed to come out were off the team and could leave. My son is a good player and I don't want something like this to cost him his chance to play college baseball on scholarship. The pitcher was not my son, but it could only be a matter of time before it is. What should I do?

I work at an assisted living facility and was terminated for 'sexual harassment' and 'HIPAA violation' after passing on information about a male coworker possibly touching a resident inappropriately. I told the night supervisor and the home health nurse caring for the resident. Was this a HIPAA violation, and how can I clear my name regarding the 'sexual harassment' allegation?

I sold my company in 2010 and part of the terms involved a future bonus if a certain sales number was achieved. The executed LOI expired, but its terms continued to be followed. The new company is refusing to honor the original agreement. What legal recourse do I have to pursue my bonus against the past owners (now employed with the new company) and the new owners of the company?

In January 2012, I was charged with 1st degree wanton endangerment for improperly displaying/threatening another driver with my gun during a traffic altercation. The charge was reduced to a Class A misdemeanor. I have completed probation and other requirements. What are my chances of getting into a diversion program with the state to have the charge taken off my record, and what is the process for expungement or pardon?
