An attorney committed perjury under oath and misrepresented a federal bankruptcy judge's statement to a Florida state court in order to win a case. The federal judge was upset about the misrepresentation when informed. I filed for sanctions in federal court for perjury but was denied, and was told to take the matter up with the state court. Did I pass the statute of limitations in Florida for this matter, and do I need to give notice to the defendants of my motion other than a certificate of service?
