During college, I pleaded guilty to robbery in 2005 and fulfilled all sentencing requirements, including fines and costs. I now have a good life and would like to make positive changes. I need a pardon to move on, and there was no impact on the victim. How can I get my criminal record expunged in Pennsylvania?

Can you explain this letter to me? Upon request of the plaintiff, the court vacates the ex-parte orders and continues the motion for temporary orders scheduled for hearing on October 14, 2008. The motion for temporary orders is rescheduled for hearing on Monday, November 3, 2008.

I need to sue someone for more than $2000 in Massachusetts. I am aware that the limit for small claims is $2000.00. What recourse do I have?

If the statute of limitations is over for a repossession that happened over 10 years ago, can the creditor still harass you for the money?

I am going to court tomorrow for a dismissal hearing. I received 3 years of informal probation in 2006. In 2007, I had two charges that were not together and are not related to the case I am going to court for tomorrow. Since the two cases were not at the same courthouse, they did not violate me for the 2007 charges. One of the court houses closed down, and the 2007 case was forwarded to the courthouse handling my 2006 case. Now they are trying to give me a probation violation for something I did over a year ago. Can they do that? What should I do?
