I am in foreclosure and had a sheriff's sale date of 8/30. I tried to work out a plan with my lender but was unsuccessful. I filed a Chapter 13 Pro Se to stop the sale, then retained an attorney to amend my petition and file the plan. At my 341 meeting on 10/23, I learned my case was dismissed for not filing a plan, and I now have a Sheriff's Sale scheduled for 10/25 at 11:00 a.m. I never received notice of the dismissal. Can I refile to stop the sale and work out a plan?

The manager of an LLC I am a member of has my account and routing numbers for the purpose of a monthly capital distribution. I believe he may soon use this information to deposit funds from another source into my account. Is there any way to block or prevent this, and if a direct deposit is made in error, can the account holder reject it?
