In the state of Massachusetts, is it true that if a person has been drinking and wants to go into a drinking establishment to make a phone call for a ride home, the establishment, by law, needs to let this person make that call to help protect himself as well as others, and must help if they can?

They didn't test her for parvo but assumed she had it and had me sign a contract allowing them to put her down. I later found out her brother, who my friend has, had a virus and was fine. If a teacher posts on the school website (which is password-protected and accessible only to students) a page from a textbook for students who have forgotten their homework, is that a copyright infringement? The pages are typically from math or spelling workbooks, and the school owns a hundred copies of the book. The pages are not being sold; they are for the use of students who have left their book at school. In the past, the school has faxed a copy of the page to the students, but it is more convenient if the assignment sheet is posted for 48 hours.
