Are the 2 statements below (A vs. #5) in conflict? It states that the Piper Riverside, successors and assigns are the 'Grantee'. Then in section 5 it's asking to release the 'Grantee' not just Piper, nor does it state that Empire Renewables is assuming the obligations from the initial agreement. Am I correct and is the simple fix to remove grantee and list out names in section 5. A) THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO (AND MEMORANDUM OF) OPTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY (this 'Amendment') is made, dated and effective as of March ____, 2019 (the 'Effective Date'), by and between PIPER RIVERSIDE LLC (together with its successors and assigns hereunder, 'Grantee'); and GALIL, INC. (together with its successors and assigns hereunder, 'Owner'). 5. Consent to Assignment. Owner hereby consents to Grantee's assignment of the Option Agreement to Martin Rd Solar LLC, an affiliate of Grantee ('Assignee'), and Owner agrees that such assignment shall release Grantee from all obligations under the Option Agreement accruing or arising on or after the Effective Date.

I have my father's U.S. citizenship papers dated in 1937. I was born in 1917 and was 20 years old at the time he became a citizen. I was under the impression that according to the First Naturalization Law of the U.S., there was a provision that gave automatic derivative citizenship to minors up to the age of 21. Can you please verify this for me since my husband passed away on April 6, 2007, and now Social Security is saying that I am not a U.S. citizen and am not entitled to my husband's social security? I have had a U.S. passport in the past, which expired some years ago and I no longer can locate it to prove my citizenship. Please advise.
