As a dog trainer in Washington State, if a client does not pay a balance, can I put a lien on their property to cover the balance, and can I include a clause in my training agreement contracts to facilitate this process in small claims court?

I have paid off the full amount of a loan with TitleMax, received a receipt, and the loan is closed, but they refuse to give me back my title. The contract does not stipulate a holding period for the title after the loan is paid off. What are my legal options?
