I have been receiving legal threats and demand letters from my ex-husband, who is a major white collar criminal, regarding back child support he owes. He is intimidating me and his children he abandoned, and claims to have 'proof' to have me arrested for bogus things I did not do. He lives in FL with three of my five sons he never returned from a non-custodial interstate visit in 2008, and has filed numerous ex parte motions without my knowledge. They are grown now, and he is using them as leverage to get out of paying for his 15-year-old twins with me in NY he abandoned and never took care of. I am on SSI and cannot take anymore of his financial/legal threats. What can I do?
