As a small business owner in South Africa, I need to initiate a disciplinary hearing for an employee's unauthorized absenteeism and extend a driver's working hours without increasing pay. Is FG Solutions International a legitimate company in Belgium? Who is the proper regulator in Belgium? Is FSRAB the regulator or is this website fake? I received a call from a lady from the Philippines telling me that they are fake, two days after I sent my money to ASIA OPTION INC, their nominated clearing house. I sent an email to FSMA in Belgium telling them that I suspect them as a scam and I haven't heard from them yet. I have lodged a complaint via the internet to ASIC here in Australia and my Bank has lodged a dispute with the financial institution where the money went and is still there according to my bank's information. At this stage, I don't want to accuse anybody, I don't know the legal consequences if I go out there in the cyber space and tell everyone about them. What do you think?

In my apartment complex, my car was towed away from a handicap parking space in front of my apartment without notice, and there were no penalty signs posted. My apartment manager stated 'we do it all the time' when I informed her that Texas has no statutes providing for towing of vehicles from this space. What are my legal alternatives to remedy this issue?

I'm applying for a job and they need to do a background check. I got charged today for Concealing Merchandise. I did not leave the store because I knew what I was doing was wrong so I seated inside of the store waiting for people to leave in order to return the item. A person saw me taking it so by the time I was waiting inside the store the Police came and started asking me questions and I told them the truth. Will this charge show on my background check? What should I do?

On my credit report, I had five inactive accounts for over seven years. I contacted the credit bureaus to have them removed, which was granted. Today, I received a letter from an attorney who now holds all five accounts, requesting production of documents, including the last two payments and bank statements for each account. What should I do?
