I believe I am being required to have repairs done on my car for damage that occurred at the repair facility. They are a Mercedes Auto Repair Shop in my neighborhood and they have done repairs on my car before, no problem. What recourse do I have against such a situation? I stated, at the time they requested additional repairs, that this damage did not exist when I brought the car to them. I am an experienced auto mechanic, but there are some jobs I prefer to use a repair shop. Please advise me.

I was refused service at a restaurant in Fremont, WA, by a bartender named Nate, who claimed a personal issue with me due to his engagement to a mutual acquaintance, Mardi Knowlton. I was unaware of their engagement and had no prior interaction with Nate. Is this refusal of service legal, and do I have any recourse against the restaurant or the employee?

My stepson quit his job, and I am the company owner. He filed for EDD and was refused. He threatened that I would not see my grandchildren if I didn't say he was fired so he could collect. I did not give in, but he is now preventing his mother and me from talking to the grandchildren. I want to take action against him, but the local DA is handling more serious cases. What can I do?
