I am being investigated due to having a mental illness - major depression. I have offered to have my license revoked as I do not feel I can provide optimal care now. What worries me is that after the investigation is complete and my license is revoked, the reason, and my personal medical information will be available to anyone with an internet connection. It will be readily available. Do I need a lawyer to at least force someone who is interested in finding out more about the revocation to contact the board of nursing in writing? I just feel so violated.

I am an approved chaperone for my boyfriend who is on probation for a sexual assault charge from when he was 17, and he is now 27. His probation officer (PO) is harassing him excessively, and I feel she is targeting me to cause him violations. The PO has specific visitation rules for him, but she had a fit during a monthly inspection when I was present at almost 11am. Now, she wants to put a no-contact order on me and is making it difficult for him to request a transfer to another county in Wisconsin. What should I do to protect myself and support my boyfriend in this situation?
