I went to court for an eviction on October 21st but did not see a judge. My landlord and I made an agreement outside of court due to my proof that my living space is uninhabitable. The judge also denied my emergency release during COVID-19 and ordered my immediate arrest after I was released on bond. What steps can I take to address this issue and ensure a fair trial?
