I am currently on SMS disability and disability through my employer. It has been two years since I left my job. They want to terminate me now, which would end my employer's disability coverage. My doctor says I cannot continue in my old job as a manager due to stress. I have applied for other jobs within the company for over a year but have only received one interview call, which I couldn't attend due to a broken arm. Do they owe me another job, and does the Americans with Disabilities Act help me at all?

I went to court for an eviction on October 21st but did not see a judge. My landlord and I made an agreement outside of court due to my proof that my living space is uninhabitable. We agreed to no back pay and 60 days to move without further payment. The judge signed off on this agreement, and we must vacate by December 21st. Due to hardships, I need more time, at least until January 6th. What can I do to extend the vacate date, and can I sue the landlord for relocation costs or damages since the property is uninhabitable?

If a porn production company imports raw footage of pornographic content, including scenes of rape and sexual assault with grievous bodily harm, from countries like the Philippines, Thailand, or Indonesia for final editing and publication in the U.S., is this a violation of 18 USC 1462 and could it potentially be a case under 18 USC 96 (RICO statute)?

I have a civil matter regarding a circuit court judge in Florida who I believe is prejudiced and has a conflicting posture in my case. The judge has presided over multiple cases involving me, including a civil case from 2013, a criminal case with the same elements, and a habeas corpus case. The judge also denied my emergency release during COVID-19 and ordered my immediate arrest after I was released on bond. What steps can I take to address this issue and ensure a fair trial?
