I am accused of neglect for missing a doctor's appointment and a blood workup, which I have since completed. My daughter has failure to thrive and trouble gaining weight. I want to know if I already passed a drug test earlier with them, as they originally came into my life due to false allegations of drugs and sexual abuse, which were officially found unsubstantiated. The current complaint only states that I fail to keep my daughter's medical needs and that my mental health issues impede upon that, and says nothing about substance abuse. Additionally, I want to know if drug tests typically take place at the hearing or are they typically ordered by the judge at the end of the trial?
