I have a tenant that is verbally abusive. When something goes wrong, they become aggressive. My maintenance guy refuses to service this unit now, leaving me in need to find another person. Should I give the tenant a warning about their behavior, or is it best to ignore it?

I went to the Morris Plains office for East Coast Weight Loss Center and was asked to take a Zyto scan and then given supplements for a 30 to 40 lb. weight loss in 20 days. I paid $600 at the visit and set up an automatic payment for the next 4 or 5 months for $320. I have not used any of the products. I did more research when I got home and found many responses that this was a scam and I called my bank to see what I could do about future withdrawals. I was told to change my debit card number and I did. Tonight I got a text from Greg, advising I need to call tonight because they were going to freeze my account. That of course would cause problems. Please advise. Total cost I believe was $1500 and I paid $920. Going to attend my great niece's wedding in October and lost all reason. Please advise.

If my psychologist types the affidavit and the psychiatrist signs off on it, would that suffice as an expert affidavit? Does the psychiatrist have to type it herself, and what specific content should be included in the affidavit?

Two weeks ago, papers were delivered to me regarding an auto accident involving one of my drivers, which I was unaware of and am now being sued for. My husband realized they were suing the wrong person and farm. The attorney was rude and did not rectify the situation promptly. My husband has been trying to get my name off the papers due to my severe bipolar disorder, which has been triggered by this incident. Is the attorney responsible for the emotional distress and impact on my health and business?
