What is the procedure when I have not been called for my second round of fingerprints for work? I have been working with ORR office of refugee resettlement as a youth care unit leader for the past 8 years. Now I signed the hiring papers, passed the interview, got offered the 2nd shift position, and did my FBI fingerprints. However, I have not been called for the state fingerprints for TX, which ORR requires for hiring. I have called and they keep saying to wait with no communication or updates. Is there something I can do?

I am representing myself in a trust contest. I anticipate that opposing counsel will object to every question and disrupt the deposition process. The deposition is likely to take two or three days. My plan is to video the proceedings and, if opposing counsel makes it impossible to conduct a proper deposition, move to continue the deposition to another day and file a motion to have a referee at the continuance. Is there any other practical solution to halt opposing counsel's continual interruptions during the deposition?
