Can a person who leaves a comment on a Christian website saying that their belief that a schizophrenic is demon possessed is full of shit, and also stating that they would not contribute one penny to their organization and hope they go out of business, be considered illegal due to freedom of speech?

I had my name changed in 1977 in Hawaii through the Lieutenant Governor's office, but California won't accept the papers because they weren't signed by a judge. Can I get a birth certificate now that I have used this name for over 30 years? Social Security accepted the name change in 1977.
