Can I file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy for my LLC myself as Attorney in Fact? I need to stop a summary judgment in county court and litigate in bankruptcy court. I also need to know how to withdraw my personal Chapter 7 case and if an entity can sue a closed entity in bankruptcy court.

A friend’s car was towed away (without a formal notice) from an apartment/condo complex where she is a paying resident. The only sign posted warns of non-residents’ cars being towed at owners’ expense and nothing else. The towing company claims they were instructed by the apartment/condo’s association to tow her car away because it was in a “motorcycle parking zone.” What recourse, if any, does my friend have?
