I had a wreck and totaled my pick-up and a trailer that was not mine. We swapped trailers daily in a hot-shot business, running from Abilene, Texas to El Paso, Texas. I had to quit because of the loss of my truck, and now the other person refuses to return my trailer until he gets paid for his trailer, which was not insured. Does he have the legal right to hold my trailer?
