Can an attorney use evidence to negotiate a plea bargain or have charges dropped while negotiating a plea deal with a prosecutor? If an attorney can show that the victim is lying in her statements, would that be beneficial? Do prosecutors drop charges if they feel their cases might be weak? Is the first plea bargain usually the worst? Does the prosecution send out the toughest plea bargain at first to see if you will take it? Is that where the negotiations begin?

Can the courts allow the kids to be moved out of state, and what steps should I take to petition for a stay of this order?

Can a landlord legally terminate my lease and evict me for taking a sign off the wall in the elevator and putting it into the elevator shaft, especially since it was attached with command strips and no damage was done to the property?

My fiancé was sentenced to 6 months of rehab with a church due to a GB cap over something I caused. He doesn't need the rehab and it's all my fault it happened. I am pregnant and have 2 other babies. I can't do it all on my own, especially when he wasn't caught with anything but a cap. He had been caught with weed before and arrested. Is there anything I can do to get him out or change his sentence to an outpatient program? We are willing to do whatever, even if it's a drug test every single day. We're just lost and we're not even allowed to sit together at church because we're not legally married, we keep asking to be and they put it off or ignore it.

Is it a crime for my wife to tell someone to 'get away' and call them an 'arsehole' when they were threatening violence and swearing at her in our garden? Additionally, can I give a written statement to the police instead of speaking to them in person due to my nervousness?
