If I go to court with an 'in contempt' motion, do I need to include updated FL150 (income & expense) and RFOs for requesting spousal support and health insurance reinstatement? How should I prepare for potential counter-arguments from the opposing attorney?

I have a question regarding an international shipping company. I paid for a service on July 30, and the company advertised a cutoff date for receiving packages from clients and an estimated arrival date for SEA shipping. What should I know about this situation?

I voluntarily resigned from my position at a state regional hospital for registered sex offenders. My resignation was accepted in good standing, and I was considered eligible for re-hire. After re-applying for a position six months later, I was not re-hired. Recently, I discovered that a former co-worker started a false rumor that I was writing love letters to a patient, which were only 'found' after I resigned. I believe this rumor has affected my good standing with my former employer and the community, potentially leading to my non-rehire. What are my options, and do I need to discuss this with a manager, HR, or a lawyer?

Last night, my girlfriend and I were arguing, and suddenly, three sheriffs entered my house and proceeded to my bedroom door. I was startled and asked them what they were doing in my house. They told me to turn around to cuff me, but I refused and asked them to explain their presence. One sheriff lunged at me, and during the struggle, a female sheriff discharged her taser, which missed the male sheriff but hit my computer tower and embedded a dart in my armpit. The experience was terrifying, and I felt like I died three times due to paralysis and heart stoppage. The sheriffs later apologized and left without any citations or tickets. What legal actions can I take regarding this incident?
