I received an ex parte order of possession stating the stipulated agreement allowed for ex parte order if the agreement was not signed and performed. However, there was no copy of the agreement submitted to the court by opposing counsel, and the stipulation does not have a clause allowing for ex parte. What form do I need to use to contest this, and can I combine my withdrawal from the stipulated agreement with motions for medical leave, bereavement leave, and a second amended responsive into one form, or do I need separate motions?
