I won a small claims judgment in Pennsylvania for my son's personal property worth $3400, but the defendant is appealing and I need to submit a complaint letter within 20 days. The appeal was not signed by my ex-husband, only his attorney. Would this make the appeal invalid, and how should I proceed with the complaint letter?
