Why are they not responding to me like they used to about getting in touch with my husband, especially since he is not in a dead zone and I know they can reach him? Could it be because of the ongoing civil lawsuit against my husband and his trucking company, or is it due to my husband's personal directives or the company's policy?

My nephew and his wife separated. She lured him from Alabama to Georgia, had him arrested for a DUI (which was later dismissed), and then had his car towed and refused to return it. The car was purchased by his parents and given to him in 2009, with his name only on the title. She has never driven the car before. The police in Georgia refused to help, stating that 'what's his is hers and what's hers is his.' My nephew is unable to afford an attorney to get his car back. What legal steps can he take to retrieve his car?
