Chase bank sent me a letter stating they are closing my accounts effective September 22, 2022, due to unexpected activity on my credit card. No one at Chase will tell me why. I am in Michigan and have been with Chase for about 25 years. What can I do to find out why they are closing my accounts and what steps should I take?

When filling out small claims forms for Summit County, should I list the company as the first defendant and the registered agent as the second defendant on the cover sheet? Also, for the affidavit, should I list just the company or the company and the registered agent? Additionally, where should I send the summons and any additional documents that require notification?

When determining the statute of limitations for a civil case, is the date the creditor filed the case with the GDC the date I go back 4 years from (applicable SoL for my case)? They filed on 6/29/22, so I’m assuming it goes back from that date.

I'm ***** *****, Robert's son, and they're trying to extort me and kill me too for my ideas that I was trying to pass through Davidson patent ideas. Jim ruined out, saying he's a senator now and can murder us and pocket all of our ideas and investments into his household. Do you have a lawyer I can use to sue him for attempted murder and extortion?
