I have questions about civil rights pertaining to being denied reasonable accommodation for my emotional support animal (ESA) and now facing eviction because of it. I am in El Monte, California. I have filed a claim against the company and the manager who denied my request, and the claim is currently with the Fair Housing Authority, ongoing for about ten months. Is the eviction memorandum still in effect, and if so, how long is it in effect?

I am seeking the return of a deposit for the installation of a garage screen in Florida. I have verbally asked for the deposit to be returned, and there is an arbitration clause on the back of the contract that mentions both parties must pay for arbitration if any disputes arise after 3 days. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

I was involved in a car accident in Algona, WA, where I hit another car while backing up due to a blind spot. The other driver, who was driving his ex-wife's car without a license, and I exchanged information as the police didn't show up since it happened on private property. I didn't have insurance and agreed to pay for the damages. We got estimates ranging from $3400 to $2372, and I've already paid $1500 out of $2372. Now, the ex-wife wants to get another estimate and charge me more money. Is it legal for her to do so, especially since she was not involved in the accident and the car was not hers?
