Can you provide case law references or precedent benefit decisions that support the argument that substitute teachers qualify for UI benefits during the summer if they worked a few days, but not for the entire summer school session? Unemployment Code 1253.3 would not disqualify them in this situation, as their work is secondary to lack of work rather than being in a recess period between academic terms.
