1) I purchased a photo from Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas on July 18th. The staff promised to email me the digital copy, but I never received it. I do not have the receipt and do not remember if they gave me one. What should I do if they do not have the copy anymore when I return to ask them? Is it a common practice in Las Vegas to not fulfill promises if people are less likely to return with a receipt? 2) When my girlfriend requested internet service from CenturyLink in Henderson, NV, they asked for her SSN, which she did not have, so we used mine instead. CenturyLink sent us three modems, and I returned two in person at a store in Sunset Station. However, CenturyLink and the store claim they did not receive them and still sent us a bill in my girlfriend's name. Why did they send us modems despite the SSN issue? How could two modems disappear? If I find or do not find the receipt, what should I do? Is it possible that it is fraud to send more modems to the same place and charge for not receiving them in the chance that someone loses their receipt after a few weeks?

Can the federal government continue a garnishment of my social security check on a judgment over 20 years old? I am presently 72 and this is my sole source of income. The garnishment is for a non-tax federal debt, and the creditor is the federal government. They are taking $264.60 per month, which is the maximum allowed by Social Security law. How do I find out if the judgment was extended, and what can I do if it is causing a severe financial hardship?

I had a bad reaction to my medication, clonidine, which I've been taking for 3 years. I noticed there are three different color pills in my bottle, and I got very dizzy and couldn't stand up. The pills have numbers 25-41, R127 MYLAN, and 752, and they now say 0.01mg. Could you help me understand if one of these pills might not be clonidine?

How can a Condo Association legally prevent a person on an adjacent public property from operating a drone with a camera attached, which could potentially engage in peeping tom activity or cause danger from crashing into the property or injuring people, and what legal limitations exist on the use of drones flying over or around one's property, especially in a scenario where a beachfront condo building resident argues he has the right to fly his drone anywhere he wants, posing a physical hazard to others and a danger to property?
