I need help with PUA claim backdating in South Carolina. I was approved for PUA and LWA on 11/03/20 and have received payments from my filing date, which they listed as 08/15/20 until present. However, I've been out of work since I closed my business on 03/26/20, which is the date I requested backpay from. I received a letter of denial of my backpay and was told to appeal by Nov.16. I've read that backpay is automatically retroactive to the last day of work. Why am I being denied and how can I rectify the situation?

I received a legal case on my desk through a partner company. The case # *****:20-cv-02494 is public. I am not named in the defendants list, nor do I know any of the defendants. But it seems one or more of these defendants abused or stole my company assets and used those in defrauding USAConsumers. In this scenario, I need to provide proof that I should be cleared of my involvement in the case, plus any TRO order on my assets, should be lifted. I am afraid this might affect deeper into my personal assets. Please advise.
