Do I qualify for the bankruptcy mediation program in the Northern District of California? How do I know? What proof can be provided in terms of case law that I do qualify? What motion do I use to ask the court to put me into mediation? Do I or the opposing side have any input in picking the mediator? Additionally, I filed for Chapter 13 but the trustee says I’m over the debt limits, so I am converting to Chapter 11. What motion do I use for this conversion? Is there a form for this motion? Also, the lender committed fraud, and I want to file an adversary complaint. Do I need the court's permission to do so, or can I file it along with my conversion?
