Does a Joint Venture Agreement automatically confer Power of Attorney to one party of the JV to act on behalf of the other party if it is worded like this: "(party #1) shall have the authority, without the need to consult (party #2) to plan, rehabilitate, construct and sell the real property located at..."? Can my partner in the JV sell the property to which I have title without my consent and expressly against my will just because the JV says that she doesn't need to consult me about such sale?
