I had a custom truck built in MN and paid $134,000 for a sub-standard product. The builder failed to deliver a running, safe, and fully functional truck by multiple agreed-upon dates. The truck arrived with numerous defects and was not operational upon delivery. Is there a legal case based on false advertising, misrepresentation, and breach of contract?

Someone stole $2000 from me and left the state. I am a disabled vet with TBI and have not taken any legal steps yet. I am in Texas. Can I sue her, and what steps should I take?

My wife tripped over a parking block in a handicap parking spot in a restaurant's private parking lot in California. The block was not painted blue, which we believe would have prevented the accident. My wife sustained injuries requiring stitches and a cast. What legal actions can we take against the restaurant?

I slipped on the pool deck during a lifeguard class at the YMCA and needed X-rays. Even though I signed a waiver, can I ask the YMCA to pay my medical bills?

I met a horrible accident in May 2015 and got compensated for the injury, which has rendered me disabled for life. When I submitted for reevaluation for MediCal last year attaching a bank statement for the money, I was denied MediCal. Now I can't even get insurance because I have no Medicare since I don't yet meet the 5-year residency requirement. Can I be clarified if I was wrong in submitting my bank statement for the reevaluation? Because I am confused. In December 2017, I called the Social Services Dept to inquire if my receiving the compensation would affect my MediCal, and I was repeatedly told it would not because that would be the funds received to get me by. With my condition, I need to see my orthopedic doctor for yearly follow-ups or see him if something comes up with my hardware in my leg. I would still be needing multiple surgeries.
