I need to appeal a judge's decision in Florida where the judge denied my 1.540 motion arguing that part of a child support order is void. The order awarded zero child support to either party despite a finding that the other party owed me $300.20 per month. My 1.540 motion was denied, and I am unsure whether to appeal the denial of the 1.540 motion or the child support order itself. Additionally, I am concerned about the cost of obtaining hearing transcripts and how to cite relevant pages in my appellate brief.
